GRAFFITI - SUNNY DAY @ BERENKUIL, EINDHOVEN

The RDS crew organised a jam in Eindhoven today.. Once again! Glock, Ape and some others from the SWK crew we're also in. Nice to paint one of the first pieces on a sunny day in a looong time. Together with Fines we started on the wall around 1 pm. A pity Poser was late, and so we replanned, the 'Seck1 x Poser' collabo is on the to do list soon! Next time man!

I decided to get back to the skyline type of fill today, with a nice sunny beach; sunset style. Tried to be a little bit more detailin' on the beach elements.. Fines did the same, with his own twist. First time I did only use half filled cans, because I didn't have any full cans left, but with these generous people around that hasn't been a problem. Also, today I had an excuse to try some of the tips from Mr. Shiz It was a dope day guys!

BUSINESS CARDS - SHIPWRECKED AUDIO

Edit: I've did a restyle on this one, so I decided to reupload the post to get the right permalink. Infremo Audio Productions, is now called Shipwrecked Audio.

A couple of weeks ago I got a message send by a classmate from the first year. He is starting up a new audio company, fixing the sounds for movie and video productions like the short film Pausa, and mastering music for band CD's & EP's.

He asked me if I could do a business card design restyle. The old cards didn't show the link to the audio related work; it was only text mentioned. That's why I've added some color splats to the cards, together with the blue soundwave line, and a little logo tweak on the front side. Ordered at Drukwerkdeal, these came out well as we expected! Thanks Jorudo!

FLYER DESIGN - PLANET CAKE PRESENTS CAKE.NL!

On the internship at The Meesteren Foundation, we received a new order for promotion material. This time it is Cake.nl, which was called Planet Cake before, who are organising an reopening for the store, located in Rotterdam. With the new logo made by my colleague, I had the honour to design the flyer - written in Dutch.

There is a 'Cakey' Character coming up, sorta like a mascot the big brands have. I took those colours to divide every paragraph: The slogan is pure icing with some sprinkles, underneath there's some fresh cake with all the options written onto, and the coupons for sale prices are on the cake paper. Thanks to Claudie for having a refreshing view on the design to make it even better!
